Tras confirmarse el pago, Impultienda envía al email de compra un enlace de acceso o descarga de los materiales. La entrega digital se inicia automáticamente después de esa confirmación; un pago pendiente aún no habilita la descarga. No hay gastos de envío ni transporte. No es necesario encontrarse en Estados Unidos para recibir el email, siempre que la compra pueda procesarse en tu país.

Revisa spam, promociones y que hayas escrito correctamente tu dirección. Si el pago está confirmado y no encuentras el acceso, escribe a soportelumencreativedigital@gmail.com con el producto y el email de compra. Si lo tienes, agrega el número de pedido o comprobante sin datos completos de tarjeta. Revisaremos la entrega y podremos reenviar el acceso o corregir la dirección después de verificar la compra.

Necesitas acceso a internet para descargar y un lector de PDF compatible para los ebooks. Puedes guardar los archivos en un dispositivo propio y consultar o imprimir el material conforme a la licencia. Si una oferta incorpora archivos adicionales, su formato se informa en la descripción. La impresión y sus costes corren por cuenta del comprador.

Si un archivo está dañado o el acceso no puede resolverse, contáctanos. Podemos reenviar o reemplazar el material y aplicar la Política de reembolsos cuando corresponda. No se limita ningún derecho obligatorio del consumidor.

You need internet access to download and a compatible PDF reader for ebooks. You may save files to your own device and read or print them under the license. Additional file formats, if included, are identified in the offer. Printing and its costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.

If a file is damaged or access cannot be resolved, contact us. We may resend or replace the materials and apply the Refund policy when appropriate. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
